Nicole Jordan, Esq. Obtains Full Dismissal of All Claims at Pre-Trial

(Bradenton, FL) – A Hillsborough County Judge recently dismissed all claims against Nicole Jordan, Esq.’s client at the initial pre-trial conference.

In Vincent Belnavis v. National Specialty Insurance and Brenda Michel, Hillsborough County Case No. 07-CC-012374, the Plaintiff alleged that the Defendant and her insurance company owed monies for an accident that occurred and additional punitive damages for not paying the amount the Plaintiff demanded. Nicole Jordan, Esq., of Snyder Law Group in Bradenton, represented the Defendant insurance company in the action, and successfully argued a Motion to Dismiss at the Pre-Trial Conference and Judge Joelle Ober dismissed the case against Ms. Jordan’s client.
