Nicole L. Jordan, Esq. Obtains
Defense Jury Verdict in Hillsborough County
Bradenton, FL) – A Hillsborough County jury recently returned a verdict of $0 against Nicole Jordan, Esq.’s client after a two day trial before the Honorable Sam Pendino.
In Tiffany Beckwith and Torrance Peterson v. Julio Cisneros, Hillsborough County Case No. 2006-CA-007839, both Plaintiffs alleged that they had been permanently injured in a car accident in which Ms. Jordan’s client rear-ended them. Plaintiffs had asked the jury to find that they had received permanent neck and back injuries, for money for medical expenses and future lost wages for the rest of their lives. Plaintiff asked the jury to award over $20,000 in medical expenses and $100,000 in future medical care.
Plaintiffs filed proposals for settlement for a total of $50,000 prior to trial. Ms. Jordan’s client offered a total of $10,000 prior to trial.
Verdict- $0 for the Plaintiffs.
