Ms. La Cone was born in Queens, New York and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. As a youth, she was involved in dancing, arts and Girl Scouts.

Ms. La Cone relocated with her family to St. Petersburg, Florida at the age of 13. In 1993, just after obtaining her Paralegal Degree, "Uncle Sam" beckoned, and Ms. La Cone joined the United States Navy and was stationed in Italy for 5 years. Upon her return to the States, Ms. La Cone obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Florida State University.

Ms. La Cone has many years experience in various areas of law and has found her niche with the Snyder Law Group as the firm’s paralegal. She also serves as the office’s case manager.

In her leisure time, Ms. La Cone assists with her Church Youth Group and enjoys playing football with her family, beach combing, reading and watching her beloved alma mater, the Florida State Seminoles.
